Hailing from the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States, Damian Wolf started playing guitar and singing in his freshman year of high school, largely inspired by 90s alternative rock music from Seattle and other scenes. After finishing school, he kick-started his solo project, taking inspiration from post-hardcore and “space rock” bands like Chavez, Shiner, and Failure, and fusing that with his appreciation for more accessible styles of alternative music. In July 2024, he released his self-produced debut album, "Flying Colors". Soon afterwards, he partnered with TLG | ROCK, a sister label to The Label Group and Virgin Music Group.
